Cape Cod is packed with gorgeous beaches and a unique sense of Old World charm. It’s easy to see why so many couples are choosing to celebrate their weddings there! If you’re exploring the idea of a wedding in Cape Cod, you have so many delightful Cape Cod wedding venues to choose from!

5 Charming Cape Cod Wedding Venues

I love the way relaxed beach life meets elegant historical buildings here. Cape Cod wedding venues tend to create intimate atmospheres and exceptional moments. I’ve chosen Cape Cod wedding venues that truly channel the charm of this special part of the world.

#1 Ocean Edge Resort, Brewster

This stands out among Cape Cod wedding venues for the sheer number of options available to you as you plan your perfect day. Ocean Edge Resort boasts a range of beautiful spaces you can move between. They offer ceremonies right on their gorgeous private beach, the striking ocean terrace, or on the luscious lawn that lies between the grand resort buildings and the sea. For receptions, their Linx pavilion gives you incredible landscape views, while the Mansion Ballroom will give you elegance and grandeur.

Something else to keep in mind when planning your big day is the comfort of your wedding party and guests. If you’re looking for Cape Cod wedding venues that you and your friends and family can enjoy beyond the wedding itself, Ocean Edge is a great choice. Book several ‘villages’ – self-contained villas with laundry facilities and kitchenettes, perfect for your family to stay in the night of the celebration!

Price Range: Varies according to your chosen package, typically $199 to $220 per guest.

Venue Capacity: Varies, depending on the space you choose, from 50 to 450 guests.

#2 Kalmar Village, Provincetown

This venue truly maximizes everything there is to love about Cape Cod. Kalmar Village is six acres of glorious beachfront land, dotted by charming little cottages that let you enjoy the seaside experience in peace and privacy.

As a Cape Cod wedding venue, though, Kalmar Village is unique. The resort offers you their beautiful land. With a sweeping lawn that can accommodate up to 225 guests and a pristine expanse of golden beach, you can create your dream wedding from the ground up. The perk of this is that it gives you the complete creative freedom to determine your own atmosphere and theme. Throw the rules out the window and make something magical!

On the flip side, this is not one of the Cape Cod wedding venues that will plan the day for you or provide their own tables and chairs, catering, or other elements. This is something to keep in mind as you budget and plan.

Note: The catering, tent hire, and chair and flatware rental are all up to you, so the price of a wedding at this Cape Cod wedding venue will vary greatly.

Venue Capacity: A tent on the lawn will accommodate up to 225 guests, while a ceremony or a tent on the beach can be much bigger, welcoming 400+ guests.

#3 Wychmere Beach Club, Harwich Point

Wychmere Beach Club will lend itself to all kinds of weddings, but if you’re looking for Cape Cod wedding venues with a vintage or a nautical theme, this one is definitely worth a visit.

Perched on Wychmere Harbor, this is the only one of the many Cape Cod wedding venues to feature a rooftop event space. From here. you have a birds-eye view of the boats on the water. This would be such a lovely place to exchange vows or watch the sunset!

They also have a private beach if you’d prefer to say your vows on the sand. For your reception, the rooms they offer are distinctive with historical beams and dramatic chandeliers – yet understated and full of light. You can celebrate in the epic Harbor Room or enjoy the flow from the lawn and gardens into the Hydrangea Room.

Price Range: The site fee for ceremonies is $2500 and the site fee for receptions ranges from $2000 to $4000. Further costs can be anywhere from $90 to $300 per guest.

Venue Capacity: Varies, depending on the space you choose, from 50 to 500 guests.

#4 The Lighthouse Inn, Dennis

This is a prime example of what makes Cape Cod wedding venues so attractive! A delightful historic inn, right on the waterfront, the Lighthouse Inn will give you and your guests an unforgettable day full of personality and character. Sit down for your reception in their charming dining room, with beautiful views right over the Nantucket Sound.

Hold your ceremony at the water’s edge with a beautiful background of blue sea and sky, then treat your guests to a cocktail hour on the Inn’s wrap-around porch as you and your loved ones watch the sunset.

Price Range: Varies according to your chosen package. There is an $800 site fee for ceremonies. For receptions, prices range from around $60 to $100 per guest.

Venue Capacity: Varies, depending on the package you choose, from 75 to 250 guests.

#5 The Club at New Seabury, Mashpee

The Club at New Seabury offers you, not one, but two Cape Cod wedding venues depending on the atmosphere you are hoping to create for your day.

The Popponesset Inn Tent is iconic among Cape Cod wedding venues, with a large deck leading straight out onto the beach. Imagine dancing the night away to the sound of the waves! You could celebrate with a beachside ceremony and then head up to the Tent for your reception. Or you could interrupt your evening entertainment to run out into the ocean!

You also have the option of celebrating at the Seabury Country Club for an evening of elegance in historic buildings with stunning sea views.

Price Range: Ceremony site fee is $1500 and the reception site fee ranges from $2000 to $4000 depending on the season. Bar service starts at $50 per person, and further costs depend on the package you choose.

Venue Capacity: Up to 200 guests.

Exploring Cape Cod Wedding Venues

As you can see, Cape Cod is not short on incredibly atmospheric places to celebrate your love! I hope this has helped you start to dream about the kind of wedding day you can create in one of these charming Cape Cod wedding venues.
